Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

1. About the service

QuickAppeal is a trading name of DarkForge Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Full company details, including registered address and company number, are available at darkforgelabs.co.uk.

QuickAppeal generates parking ticket appeal letters using artificial intelligence. By using this service, you agree to these terms.

2. Not legal advice

Important disclaimer

This service generates appeal letters based on UK parking law. It is not legal advice. No solicitor or legal professional has reviewed your specific case. The letters are generated by AI and may contain errors or inaccuracies.

You are solely responsible for reviewing any letter before sending it. We do not guarantee the success of any appeal. If you need legal advice, consult a qualified solicitor.

3. How it works

  1. You provide your ticket details and circumstances.
  2. Our AI generates a personalised appeal letter citing relevant UK parking law.
  3. You review the letter and send it yourself from your own email client, or print it.

We do not send correspondence on your behalf. You are responsible for submitting your appeal to the correct authority within the applicable deadline.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using QuickAppeal, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and relates to a genuine parking ticket you have received.

5. Pricing and payment

The service costs £4.99 per letter, payable via Stripe. Payment is taken before the letter is generated. All prices include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any price change will not affect letters already purchased.

6. Consumer rights and refund policy

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase of digital content.

However, by clicking “Generate My Appeal Letter” and proceeding with payment, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of the digital content (your appeal letter) and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the letter has been generated and delivered.

Technical failures: If you experience a technical issue and do not receive your letter, contact support@quickappeal.co.uk for a full refund. We aim to process refunds within 5 working days.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful ticket details
  • Review the generated letter carefully before sending
  • Submit your appeal within the relevant deadline (we provide deadline information but are not responsible for missed deadlines)
  • Not use the service for fraudulent or vexatious purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DarkForge Labs Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • The outcome of any appeal or legal proceedings
  • Any loss, damage, or costs arising from reliance on the generated letter
  • Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the AI-generated content
  • Any missed appeal deadlines
  • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses

Our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific letter in question.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or withdraw the service for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We will not be liable for any unavailability.

10. Intellectual property

The generated letter is yours to use for the purpose of appealing your parking ticket. The underlying AI system, legal knowledge base, website design, brand, and all other intellectual property remain the property of DarkForge Labs Ltd.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the service or its outputs beyond the intended personal use of appealing your parking ticket.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you may also be entitled to use the EU/UK Online Dispute Resolution platform.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
