1. About the service

QuickAppeal is a trading name of DarkForge Labs Ltd (company number 17033392), registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 19 Beehive Way, Bawdeswell, Dereham, England, NR20 4WH. You can verify these details on the Companies House register.

QuickAppeal generates parking ticket appeal letters using artificial intelligence. By using this service, you agree to these terms.

3. How it works

1. You provide your ticket details and circumstances.
2. Our AI drafts a personalised appeal letter and includes links to the official sources it relied on where a legal rule is used.
3. You review the letter and send it yourself from your own email client, or print it.

We do not send correspondence on your behalf. You are responsible for submitting your appeal to the correct authority within the applicable deadline.

The paid generator supports initial council and private parking challenges and council Notice to Owner representations in England and Wales. It is not designed for a rejection, POPLA or IAS appeal, tribunal case, Letter Before Claim, court claim, Order for Recovery or enforcement notice. Follow the route and deadline printed on any later-stage document you have received.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using QuickAppeal, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and relates to a genuine parking ticket you have received.

5. Pricing and payment

New purchases are currently unavailable while QuickAppeal operates in content-only mode. This section records the historical terms that apply to prior customers and any existing recovery window.

The service costs £4.99 per letter, payable via Stripe. Payment is taken before the letter is generated. All prices include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any price change will not affect letters already purchased.

6. Consumer rights and refund policy

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers normally have a 14-day cancellation period for digital content supplied online.

Before payment, we ask for your express consent to begin supplying the personalised letter immediately and your acknowledgement that the cancellation right is lost once supply begins. We will not rely on that exception unless both consent and acknowledgement were given. See regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Technical failures: If you experience a technical issue and do not receive your letter, contact support@quickappeal.co.uk for a refund.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If the digital content is not of satisfactory quality, fit for its stated purpose or as described, statutory remedies may apply in addition to our technical-failure refund. Read the GOV.UK refund guidance.

You can save a durable copy of the trader, service, cancellation and refund information in our purchase information file. After successful payment, the appeal page also provides a downloadable order confirmation recording the contract version and the immediate-supply acknowledgements captured at checkout.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful ticket details
• Review the generated letter carefully before sending
• Submit your appeal within the relevant deadline (we provide deadline information but are not responsible for missed deadlines)
• Not use the service for fraudulent or vexatious purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service

8. Limitation of liability

The letter is an automated draft, not a decision about your legal position. Subject to your statutory rights, DarkForge Labs Ltd is not responsible for:

• The outcome of any appeal or legal proceedings
• A decision you make without checking the generated letter and its cited sources
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the AI-generated content
• Any missed appeal deadlines
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses

We do not exclude responsibility where doing so would be unlawful. Any other liability will be limited only so far as the law permits and these terms will not reduce remedies that consumer law gives you.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available but may suspend new purchases for maintenance, safety or reasons beyond our control. If you have paid and the service cannot deliver your letter or a usable recovery route, contact us for a refund. This section does not remove your statutory remedies.

10. Intellectual property

The generated letter is yours to use for the purpose of appealing your parking ticket. The underlying AI system, legal knowledge base, website design, brand, and all other intellectual property remain the property of DarkForge Labs Ltd.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the service or its outputs beyond the intended personal use of appealing your parking ticket.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings that apply where you live.

Please contact us first so we can investigate a complaint. We do not currently subscribe to a separate alternative dispute resolution provider. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is not available to UK consumers and has been removed from these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version shown when you place an order governs that order; later changes do not retrospectively alter it. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
