Service
One AI-drafted parking appeal letter for an initial council or private parking challenge, or council Notice to Owner representations, in England or Wales. The generator does not support rejection, POPLA, IAS, tribunal, pre-action, court, Order for Recovery or enforcement submissions. The customer supplies the facts, reviews the draft and sends it themselves. The service is information and drafting assistance, not legal advice or legal representation. No outcome is guaranteed.

Price and delivery
GBP 4.99, including VAT where applicable, paid once through Stripe. Supply begins immediately after successful payment and normally completes in the browser. No account or subscription is created.

Cancellation and refunds
Before payment, the customer is asked to consent expressly to immediate supply of the personalised digital content and acknowledge that the statutory cancellation right is lost once supply begins. This is the digital-content rule in regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

If payment succeeds but the letter is not delivered and cannot be recovered, email support@quickappeal.co.uk for a full refund. Statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

After successful payment, the same browser can download an order confirmation recording the contract version and whether the immediate-supply consent and cancellation acknowledgement were captured.
